Update: DiGRA 2009 News and Conference Submission

The submission for papers and abstracts closes 17th April. Please have your submission posted before 5pm GMT.
The deadline for full papers for inclusion in digital proceedings is Friday 26 June 2009 5pm GMT
Notification of acceptance is June 1 2009
Deadline for booking on-campus accommodation is June 30 2009
The conference Dates: 1-4th September 2009

As some have noted we've not yet put up any information on Posters and PhD roundtables.
- For those who'd like to submit a poster to the conference please send the full text of your poster as a word document or PDF by midnight on the last day of May to me tanya.krzywinska@brunel.ac.uk
- For those registered PhD students wanting to apply to discuss their research with a mentor, please send a side of A4 as a word doc or PDF outlining the basic research aims of your project, with your name, contact details and affliation, to me tanya.krzywinska@brunel.ac.uk. Please note that this wont count as a paper and only those currently registered for a PhD are eligible.
